Kind attention is invited to the references cited.

It is submitted that the Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh has

nominated certain officers of Tribal Welfare Department for 3 Days Residential
Training Programme on “Roles & Responsibilities” in association with DoPT, GOI
from 10th - 12th October, 2022 at District training center, Guntur and requested
to relieve the nominated officers of the department with a direction to report on
the previous day at the APHRDI training center duly making in-charge
arrangements, vide reference 1st cited.

The Government have appointed the Dist. Collectors and Dist. Heads of
the Departments of erstwhile Districts as “Nodal Officer” to look after the service
matters of lien, Seniority, promotions and others service matters in respect of
Govt. Employees vide reference 2nd cited.

In view of the above, the following Officers, who are working in TW

Department of erstwhile East Godavari District may be deputed to attend to the
said programme to be held from 10.10.2022 to 12.10.2022 at District training
center, Guntur as detailed below:
