    Case Analysis

    A. The ethics that fall to my action was the technical ineptness. I think I would
    request a dialogue to my head or manager to clearly state the background of
    projects assign to me. I would like to work on with the clear background of the
    projects where it would encompass my skills and reliability in the corporate world.
    In OD, it should clearly break the boundaries created by miscommunication or
    altered change of commands among higher position down to subordinates.

    B. I should respect and value what my client’s data pertaining to our promises of
    confidentiality. I may violate misuse of data which is prohibitable. It may affect my
    credibility as OD practitioner that my goal is to properly diagnose the changes
    inside the organization and provide useful strategies for the betterment of the
    whole organization.

    C. The purpose of OD is the marginality. Since it is a community and I know I can


    build relationship with the community members I will create an intervention that
    meet halfway their culture and values and innovative process that improves their
    organization. It is my responsibility to create programs for the success of
    organizational process.
