§ Requirement - Nomenclature
– Pick the HUB ,SLEEVE & CBR and place on the fixture and marked the part no., Date 314614AA3 Product Part Number
, Month , Year on it.
– Operator will scan the data & Scanning Data to be captured in the MES/SCADA 01 Date
system.
A Month (A-L)
– Laser etching machine should be stand-alone.
– Refer attached snip in below slide for the location and size of the serial no and 2D XX Year 2021 (Marking is 21 only)

– Laser machine should be capable to compensate height variation from pallet to pallet
– Font- Arial Font size- (4,5) Element size-0.1mm
– QR code Marking data on CBR (Sample)- P/N-314614AA3

– Supplier must Follow DANA Safety Standard

– Connectivity from Panels, tool and machine to be done by supplier

– Marking should be neat and clean so that it will scan properly.
– Grade of the etched serial no and 2D matrix should be A ,B or C type as per IEC-
15415.
– Not ok part should be removed from the station & put it in the rejection bin.
– Poka-Yoke type fixture for hub, sleeve &CBR at Laser marking m/c.
