दान िकया जाएगा। Candidates are required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot informed via SMS and Email on their registered
mobile number and email id prior to exam date. It is expected that candidates strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the test center will be
provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.

Ÿ भाग I के िलए सुबह 08:30 बजे के बाद और भाग II के िलए दोपहर 1:30 बजे के बाद िकसी भी प र थित म परी ा क म वेश नही ं िदया जाएगा । No entry in the exam centre after
08:30 AM under any circumstances for Part I & 1:30 PM for Part II.
Ÿ उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे परी ा से एक िदन पहले क के थानो ं से खुद को प रिचत कर ल। Candidates are advised to acquaint themselves with the locations of
the centre one day prior to the examination.

1. यह वेश प इस शत के अधीन है िक यिद िकसी भी र पर अपा ता का पता चलता है , तो उ ीदवारी र कर दी जाएगी।

2. वेश प म िदए गए िववरणो ं को ान से दे ख। यिद कोई ुिट हो तो उसकी सूचना एनबीईएमएस को दी जानी चािहए।
3. िबना वेश प के परी ा हॉल म वेश की अनुमित नही ं है।

Ÿ वेश प की मुि त ित उस पर िचपकाई गई फोटो के साथ।
Ÿ अिधकृत फोटो आईडी िजसका िववरण आवेदन प म दान िकया गया है (मूल और वैध / वैधता समा नही ं होना चािहए): पैन काड / वोटर आईडी / पासपोट / डाइिवंग लाइसस /
आधार काड (फोटो के साथ)। सरकार ारा जारी फोटो पहचान प मूल हाड कॉपी म ुत िकया जाना चािहए। फोटो कॉपी/ मोबाइल फोन म ै न की गई ितयां ीकाय नही ं ह।
चूंिक उ ीदवार मोबाइल िडवाइस को परी ा क के अंदर नही ं ले जा सकते ह, िडिजलॉकर म संिचत द ावेज परी ा क के अंदर नही ं िदखाए जा सकते ह।
5. कृपया परी ा के दौरान शां ित और अनुशासन बनाए रख। िकसी भी अनुिचत साधन या अनुिचत आचरण के योग से उ ीदवार को परी ा से वंिचत कर िदया जाएगा। यह उसके खलाफ
उिचत कानूनी कारवाई को भी बा कर सकता है ।
6. परी ा थल पर सेल फोन, पेजर, कैलकुलेटर, पेन डाइव, टै बलेट सिहत सभी इले ॉिनक उपकरणो ं का उपयोग स विजत है । चूंिक परी ा क ो ं म ऐसे उपकरणो ं को सुरि त रखने का
ावधान नही ं है, इसिलए उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे उ परी ा थल पर न ले जाएं । आपको अपने साथ पेन और पिसल भी नही ं रखनी होगी।
7. संभािवत ित पण के खलाफ जाँ च करने के िलए, अिधकारी परी ा क पर त ीर, अंगूठे के िनशान या िकसी अ मा म से एक उ ीदवार की पहचान और वा िवकता का
स ापन करगे।
8. यिद िकसी उ ीदवार को कोई / संदेह है , तो वह हाथ उठाकर िनरी क को बुला सकता है ।
9. उ ीदवार को परी ा क से दे र से वेश करने या ज ी बाहर िनकलने की अनुमित नही ं है।
10. ेक उ ीदवार को परी ा दे ते समय कं ूटर ीन पर दिशत िनदशो ं का पालन करना चािहए।
11. परी ा क पर िनिष व ुओं की सूची:

Ÿ सभी आभूषण जैसे कंगन, अंगूठी, झमक
ु े , नोज-िपन, चेन/हार, पडट, पडट के साथ हार, बैज, ोच आिद।
Ÿ अ सामान जैसे बटु आ, काले च े, हडबैग, बे , टोपी, द ाने आिद।
Ÿ कोई भी खाने यो व ु खोली या पैक की ई, शीतल पेय, पानी की बोतल आिद।
Ÿ कोई अ व ु िजसका उपयोग अनुिचत साधनो ं के िलए, संचार उपकरणो ं जैसे वायरलेस/ ूटूथ िडवाइस, ाई कैमरा आिद को िछपाने के िलए िकया जा सकता है ।
12. परी ा के ो ं पर उ ीदवारो ं की कोई व ु रखने की कोई व था नही ं की जायेगी।
13. सभी उ ीदवारो ं को वेश प को पढ़ना आव क है , और यिद कोई िवसंगितयो ं हो, तो एनबीईएमएस को “helpdesk” TAB पर रपोट कर।

सामािजक दरी

1. उ ीदवारो ं को परी ा थल म वेश के समय से परी ा थल से बाहर िनकलने तक सामािजक दू री बनाए रखनी चािहए।
2. उपयु सुर ा क फेस मा के िबना उ ीदवारो ं को परी ा क ो ं म वेश की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी। उ ीदवारो ं को वेश प और स ापन उ े ो ं के िलए आव क वेश संबंधी
द ावेजो ं के अलावा उनके साथ कोई व ु (जैसे पानी की बोतल, द ाने आिद) ले जाने की अनुमित नही ं होगी। परी ण क पर बोतलबंद पेयजल उपल कराया जाएगा।
3. उ ीदवारो ं को ह ा र के तहत घोिषत करना होगा िक उ कोिवड ल ण नही ं ह। इस वेश प के साथ घोषणा प िदया गया है । परी ा थल म वेश के समय सुर ा गाड को वह िदखाएं ।
4. परी ा थल म वेश पर उ ीदवारो ं के तापमान की जां च थम गन ारा की जाएगी।
5. कोिवड जैसे ल णो ं वाले उ ीदवारो ं को अलग आइसोलेशन लैब म परी ा दे ने की अनुमित दी जाएगी।
6. 'रोल नंबर और लैब नंबर' की मैिपंग परी ा थल के बाहर दिशत नही ं की जाएगी, लेिकन यह उ ीदवारो ं को परी ा थल पर उ ीदवार के वेश के समय और उनके एडिमट काड और
आईडी स ापन के समय गत प से दान की जाएगी।
7. उ ीदवारो ं को परी ा क अिधका रयो ं ारा िदए गए िनदशो ं का पालन करना होगा और वेश िबंदुओं पर बने सकल म खड़े होने की ज रत है ।
8. पंजीकरण डे पर, उ ीदवार को उपल कराए गए सैिनटाइज़र का उपयोग करके अपने हाथो ं को साफ करने के िलए िनदिशत िकया जाएगा। पंजीकरण और परी ा ि या के दौरान
फोटो ाफ, िफंगर बायोमेिट को कै चर िकया जाएगा।
9. परी ा ि या के दौरान उ ीदवार सीसीटीवी की िनगरानी म रहगे।

 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. This admit card is subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled.
2. Check the particulars in the admit card carefully. Error, if any, is to be reported to NBEMS.
3. Entry to the examination hall without the admit card is not permitted .
4. Candidates must bring to the test centre the following documents:
Ÿ Printed copy of admit card with photo pasted on it.
Ÿ All of the authorized photo IDs details of which have been provided in the application form (must be original and valid/non-expired): PAN card / Voter
ID /Passport / Driving license / Aadhar card (with Photograph). Government issued photo ID MUST be produced in ORIGINAL HARD COPY.
Photocopies/ Scanned copies in mobile phones are NOT acceptable. As candidates can not carry the mobile device inside the test centre, documents
stored in digilocker can not be shown inside the test centre.
5. Please maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to debarment of the candidate from
the examination. This may also force appropriate legal action against him/her.
6. Use of all electronic devices, including cell phones, pagers, calculators, pen drives, tablets, is strictly prohibited at the examination venue. Since
examination centres do not have a provision for safekeeping of such devices, candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination venue . You
must not also carry pens and pencils.
7. To check against possible impersonation, authorities will be verifying the identity and genuineness of a candidate by taking their photograph, thumb
impression or by any other means at the examination centre.
8. Should a candidate have any queries / doubts she/he may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.
9. The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination centre.
10. Each candidate must follow instructions displayed on the computer screen while taking the examination.
11. List of prohibited items at the test centre:
Ÿ Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, etc.
Ÿ Any electronic device like mobile phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator, electronic
pen/scanneretc.
Ÿ All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
Ÿ Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, gloves etc.
Ÿ Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottles etc.
Ÿ Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/Bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
12. No arrangement will be made at the centres for keeping any articles/Items belonging to the candidates.
13. All candidates are required to go through the admit card and report discrepancies, if any, in the "Helpdesk" TAB available in the application form.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. Candidates will not be permitted entry at test centres without appropriate protective face mask. Candidates will not be allowed to carry any articles with
them (such as water bottles, gloves etc) other than the admit card and entry related documents required for verification purposes. Bottled drinking water
will be provided at the test centre.
3. Candidates must declare under signatures that they do not have the COVID symptoms. Declaration is provided along with this Admit Card. Show the
same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
4. Temperature of a candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
5. Candidates showing COVID like symptoms WILL be allowed to take the test in a separate isolation lab.
6. Mapping of 'Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates
individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID verification.
7. Candidates need to follow directions given by test centre staff & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points.
8. At the registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph, Finger Biometrics will be captured
during the registration and examination process.
9. Candidates will be under CCTV Surveillance throughout the exam procedure.
