with the left hand under any loose hair,
the left elbow stretched to the side and
upper arm parallel to the ground. Raise
the right arm parallel to the ground and
bend the elbow so that the hand is in front
of the Heart Center, palm facing down
and fingers together pointing to the left.

Eye Focus: Not specified.

Breath: Not specified.

Mantra: Chant the Siri Gaitri Mantra:

RAA MAA DAA SAA, SAA SAY SO
HUNG. (Slow version by Joseph Michael
Levry was played in the original class).

Time: 17 minutes.

To End: Inhale deeply, suspend the

breath for 25 seconds, pull the neck
forward and resist the pressure and keep
the neck straight. Make the body like
steel, circulate the energy throughout
the body, to every organ, every cell,
exhale. Repeat 2 more times with the
breath suspended for 10 seconds.
