Neville Learning School, Inc. will hold its 18th Founding Anniversary on 30
January to 03 February, 2023 at the Canossa covered court, Anahaw II Silang
Cavite.

The purpose of this event is to celebrate the founding anniversary of the school
as an academic institution, highlighted with different sports competitions like
Basketball, Volleyball and Board games. This cultural activity will be
attended by students and parents of Neville Learning School.

A PROPOSAL FOR NEVILLE LEARNING SCHOOL FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

CELEBRATION

PROPOSED TITLE: NLS 18th Founding Anniversary

PROPOSED DATE: January 30 to February 3, 2023

CONCEPT:
This Proposal focuses on the following initiatives:
For Neville Learning School to be able to organize, convene and conduct its
18th Founding Anniversary as follows:

a.) IN-CAMPUS SPORTS FESTIVAL for students from Grades 4 to 10

The In-Campus Sports Festival will be participated by students who are

sports enthusiasts from grades 4 to 10 with the primary purpose of giving a
fitting avenue for the potentials and skills of young athletes in different
sports.

b.) FIELD DEMONSTRATION, to be participated by all students from Kinder to

Grade 10.

The Field Demonstration will be highlighted with different field demos as;
calisthenics for kinder to Grade 4 pupils, cheer dance for Grades 5 to 10
students and karate demo to be performed by selected students.

c.) RAFFLE PROMO -for invited Grade 6 students from public school to join
Neville via PEAC ESC – JHS voucher/ free education for S.Y. 2024-2025.

d.) Your support will be used in the following line of expenses:

1. Venue Rental fee of Competition
2. Honoraria of referees, judges, tournament officials and authorities
3. Organizing Secretariat’s logistics
4. Network and communications
5. Posters and tarpaulins
6. Medals, Trophies and Certificates (for the participants and for gold
medalist)
7. Prizes and gifts

ESTIMATED BREAKDOWN OF EXPENSES

1. Medals- for basketball, volleyball and board games Php 10,000.00

2. trophies- for basketball, volleyball and board games. Three (3) trophies to be
awarded for the Overall Champion, First Runner Up, and Second Runner Up
Php 10,000.00
4. Certificates
a. Certificates of participation/ Certificate of Victory
number of pieces - 300 pieces - Php 30.00 each – Php 2,500.00
5. Tarpaulins- 2 pieces, food, rental of venue- Php 2,500.00
6. Honoraria of referees – Php 5,000.00
7. Prizes and gifts – Php 5, 000.00

Total cost of expenses; Php 35,000.00 (School contribution- 17, 000 and
seeking contribution – 18, 000 is to be used for the estimated expenses.)

We are hoping that this event will indeed encourage more graduating Grade 6
students from public school to enroll with us for FREE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
EDUCATION through ESC Voucher given by the government.
