Section 2. Section 3. Creation of the Bangsamoro Plrimoge Authority —There is hereby created, Under the Office ofthe Chi Miniter, an agency tobe called as Bangsamoro Pilgrimage Authocty, hereinafter refered to as Author, which shall be organized, stated, operated, and maintained, structurally and funcional insccordence with the provisions ofthe Act and the general principles led down in Repub Ret 12054, otherwise known 235 "Bangsamoro Organic Law" section 4. Compostion of the Authorty.—The Authory herein created shall be composed of a Chairman whose appointment, tenure and qualifications shall be determined by the Chit minster and four (8) members consstngof the representatives fof the Miners of Finance, Soil Work and Development, Interior and, Local Governments, and Mindanao Development Authority. FEOF 5 Section 5. Ferry of piri from point of rival to home provinces and 8.
