End User License Agreement

Genilson Lima Santos Evaluation Use License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement” or “License”) is a

legal agreement between you (The User) and Genilson Lima Santos.
By installing, downloading, or using the Font Software, you confirm
that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not access or
use the Font Software.
This License grants no ownership rights in and to Font Software. You
agree that Genilson Lima Santos owns all right, title and interest
in and to the Font Software, its structure, organization, code, and
related files, including without limitations, the copyright, designs and
trademarks rights embodied in or associated with the Font Software.

1. allowes uses
You can use the Font Software licensed for the purpose of
evaluation, to create preliminary design, mock-ups and testing
for commercial projects, as well as non-commercial or non-profit
projects.
You may not use the Font Software for commercial uses. You must
request an appropriate license for commercial uses.

2. number of users
You may install and use the Font Software on up to two (2)
Workstations.

3. embedding
You may embed the licensed Font Software into any document for
previewing and printing use only.

4. copyright
You may not redistribute Font Software as part of any commercial
product without obtaining an appropriate license by Genilson Lima
Santos. You may not modify, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend or
distribute the Font Software or any copy thereof.
