The vision, mission, and values statements govern the conduct of the organization's

members. However, if the assertions are not supported, individuals lack direction. Adjusting a

company's mission to its vision is the primary reason for strategic planning as it pertains to

where we need to go. Without mission and vision, the strategic arrangement exists in a vacuum,

since mission is the starting point for planning, vision is the destination, and the strategic

arrangement is the map that encourages exploration from one to the next. Values are also

essential to the strategic planning process because they provide the company with a benchmark

for developing appropriate procedures and strategies; if a procedure or strategy conflicts with the

organization's values, it must be reconsidered. Your strategic plan's chances of success will be

diminished if your mission, vision, and values statements are inadequate.

I am presently the managing director of Solmed Healthcare, a Ho Chi Minh City-based firm

that was founded in September 2020 and whose primary activity is the distribution of medical

supplies for homecare therapy. Famous medical manufacturers in Germany and the United

States, such as Marquardt – FFP2 mask, ALG – N95 mask, and Nonin – SpO2 oximeter, provide

products with high quality and reasonable prices.

The vision statement:

- Definition: A vision statement is a statement of an organization's overall aims for what it

hopes to accomplish or become. Expats from the home nation are used to fill key

positions in overseas companies.

- The vision of Solmed Healthcare is to be the leading medical provider of homecare

services.

The mission statement:

- Definition: Vision and mission statements are commonly confused, and many

organizations use them interchangeably. Each has a different rationale. The vision
3

statement describes where the organization should be in the future, but the mission

statement describes what the organization must do now to realize the vision. The mission

statement must be more explicit than the vision statement. It describes the ways in which

the organization will vary from others in its industry. Consistent with international

approach, but results in cultural myopia.

- Solmed Healthcare's mission is to provide homecare patients with high-quality products

at reasonable prices.

The values statement:

- Definition: The values statement, sometimes known as the code of ethics, is distinct from

both the vision and mission declarations. The vision and mission describe where the

organization is headed (vision) and what will be done to get there (mission) (mission).

They lead the efforts of the organization's members toward common goals. The values

statement describes the beliefs of the organization and the behavior expected of its

members in their interactions with one another, clients and suppliers, and other

stakeholders. It provides the organization with an ethical framework that facilitates

fundamental leadership and establishes a benchmark for surveying operations. In

addition, it provides representatives with a criteria by which to judge infringement.

- Statement of Values at Solmed Healthcare: Our customers are our allies. We are

committed to providing the greatest quality medical products and services at the best

pricing to the appropriate patients. We work with the utmost honesty, a culture of

compliance, and a respect for human rights, while simultaneously lowering our

technological and environmental footprint.
