rape and sexual assault

suspect invited the victim to their house to drink, and
since they are friends, he agreed. Unluckily, the two
suspects intend to harass the victim while he's tipsy and
asleep. When the victim fell asleep, they raped and
harass the victim and used force on him while doing
something very unappropriate and punishable by law.
So, as I was saying, both men and women have the
potential to harass another. Gender has no bearing on
harassment. When it comes to their desire, a suspect
won't pick a gender if they want to harass or rape a
