CONSULTANT AGREEMENT

When signed this represents a legally binding document. This

agreement is made e ective on __/___/____. This agreement is

Bene ciary and JARRETT REALTY INVESTORS LLC below in
consideration of the following terms and conditions.
All parties agree that JARRETT REALTY INVESTORS LLC will be
the acting trustee to the Cesti Que Trust of
_____________________(STRAWMAN) and will be paid a consulting/
holding fee of 5% of the closing price of the asset being purchased
upon transferring the proceeds to the closing entity.
