360 days after date, for the value received, I Juan Dela Cruz, promise to pay, to
the order of BANCO SAN VICENTE INC. (A Rural Bank), herein referred to as “bank” for brevity,
the sum of Five hundred thousand pesos (Php 500,000.00) with interest rate of Twelve percent
(12%) per annum until paid which time depending on whatever policy the bank may adopt in
the future provided that the interest of this note shall correspondingly adjusted in the event
that the maximum interest is reduce by law or by monetary board of the Bangko Sentral ng
Pilipinas.
