Relative to the conduct of online validation of all the Learning Continuity Plan submitted by the private schools on June 16, 2021 onwards per RM No. 203 s, 2021, the following additional guidelines are hereby provided. 2. Presentation shall be in a power point containing the scanned or soft copies of the essential contents of the Learning Continuity Plan per DO No. 013 s. 2020 and DO No. 17, s. 2020 with a maximum of 20 slides good for 15-20 minutes including time for question and answer. List of requirements to be included in the presentation is an enclosure to this memorandum. 3. Changes or adjustments made from the original copy of the LCOP are to be highlighted or given emphasis in the virtual presentation. 4. Other details shall be discussed during the orientation of the SDO- SEPS for SMME with the QAD personnel on June 10, 2021 just after the Virtual Conference of Public School Heads. 5. PRESENTATION FOR VIRTUAL VALIDATION 1. Omnibus Certificate of Compliance to minimum requirements for the selected Delivery Model. 2. Certification that the school has IT infrastructure and other facilities or equipment that supports the delivery model. 3. Disclosure of Essential e-learning applications. 4. Statement of undertaking signed by the school head/administrator that courseware for each learning area in different grade levels are available and ready for the school year. 5. Statement that ensures accessibility of e-learning platform for Users. 6. Discussion on Curriculum Implementation, including compliance to minimum requirement of DepEd in terms of learning competencies, time allotment, and promotion and retention. 7. Certification that the school has a Teacher Professional Development/Training Plan. 8. Certification of the existence of an Orientation-Training Plan for parents for the implementation of Online Distance Learning. 9. Copy of Permit to operate or Government Recognition. 10. Statement of undertaking that tuition and other fees are properly consulted with the parents. 11. School Calendar for SY 2020-2021. 12. School plan for compliance with minimum health standards. 13.
