The Warm Up: Head


Nods

Starting position Supine, pelvis and spine


neutral. Knees flexed, feet abducted hip-
distance apart on mat. Arms long by sides,
palms down.

Inhale lengthen back of neck, leaving head


on mat.

Exhale return to neutral.
