In setting this up with C4C I'm getting an error about an alias none.  The C4c guide says you can't use
email with cloud identity and C4C, but it doesn't explain about the other options and what they mean. 
I also looked in the operations guide and didn't see a detailed explaination of Name Attribute ID
choices.  It just says what they are and that profile ID is default.  But­ what is this and what is the best
way to connect to C4C? 
•By profile ID Note This is the default setting. •By email •By display name •By login name

Hi Ginger,
 
In a demo system, I see Loginname is used as Name Attibute ID between SCI and C4C
system.
 
I could not find official C4C documentation about setting Trust with any SAML IDP provider.
 
I hope this helps.
