Ruined freedom

Stars, my wonderful creations, which display such an exciting and wonderful

brilliance that only I, their creator, are able to admire them and recognize their true
value. Oh, what I wouldn't do to be able to reforge these singular wonders, feel again
the dizzying sensation of being able to create a star, watch it absorb gases and
particles by increasing its size in a colossal way, and thus be able to contemplate its
true splendor. However, until I can take off this damn crown and get rid of the clutches
of Targon and his leaders, I won't be able to experience that glorious feeling again. I
wonder how long it will take for the magic connection of the crown to fall apart,
despite being very ingenious, my tyranny "masters", the Targonense, have not yet
realized that gradually the magic of the crown is disdoing. However, by my
calculations it will still take centuries, or perhaps millennia for me to achieve my long-
awaited freedom in this way. Would I be able to wait that long? How many atrocities
do I have to commit in the name of these annoying young gods? Maybe there's
another way? No, I can't afford to rebel extravagantly against Targon once again, even
if the feeling is the most gratifying of all, losing a star, a daughter, is one of the worst
feelings I've had the displeasure of experiencing. Ineed to find another way.
I was traveling the cosmos. Relatively, I had not been ordered to destroy or
annihilate anything. I was in a certain free way. However, a voice resonated in my head
through the crown. It was them. I thought it would be another task to accomplish, but
the look seemed confused, and your tone of voice was detonating it. Apparently some
event occurred on their favorite planet, Runeterra. He called members of his celestial
family so he could find some explanation for what he had seen. Even with their whole
family together they couldn't find an answer, as if those naïve gods might know
something. I heard their discussions without conclusions for hours until at one point I
was ordered to go there, but not to solve the problem, just asa strengthening measure
should something worse happen. Without many choices I had to exercise the role of
obedient servant and go. Getting close to fate, a bad mood and remorse consumed
me, after all it was here where it all began. Where I was tricked and betrayed into
using this damn tool that controls me. Getting closer to the planet I noticed something
strange on its surface. Spots with a shade of dark green impregnated him.
I found this phenomenon curious, and decided to get closer. Then I realized,
they were not stains but something different, like when the condensing hot air mixes
with a cold and humid climate. What do humans call it again? Oh yes, mist. In all my
existence I've never seen this before, a dark green mist that covers parts of the planet.
I felt even more intrigued. So I decided to get even closer. Changing my shape to a
comet in order to observe what the beings of this world were doing. That's when I
noticed something very peculiar. Grotesque beings with the same shade of color were
being expelled into the mist. It seemed that his only goal was to make an unbridled
killing, consuming any living being that appeared in his path. However, they did not
consume their flesh but their vital energy, even if it was necessary to amputate some
members of the victims.
The fog still did not cover a large area, yet the place where it was was followed
completely with great destruction. Some tried to fight her, using spears, axes, swords
and anything that could be turned into weapons. However, it was all in vain, nomatter
how many times they cut them, there was always more and more until the number of
these beings becameunprovided. Villages and towns were decimated by this strange
mist wherever I looked. However, some butcapitals of kingdoms fared better, since
with the greater number of trained soldiers it was easier to defend themselves. After
all, this is the rule of this world, the rich and powerful get away with it while the
poorest and least fortunate perish. After going around the planet, I noticed a new
property of the mist, it did not spread randomly across the globe but in an orderly way,
as if looking for something.
That's when the voices in my head resonated stronger. Apesar of those who
control me are still discussing the problem of the situation, something much more
terrible for them occurred. The mist reached the place where his puppets dwed,
Targon. I went to this place, where I was betrayed and put on a leash. And I had an
amazing view. All the inhabitants of that place being devoured and fighting for their
lives. I can't deny that I felt a little joy seeing the people who deceived me being
completely decimated, but I also felt sorry, since these shallow beings had no idea
what was going on. I have seen the human aspects of this era struggle hard to protect
these lands. The aspect of protection used its gems and its calling with all the hard
work in order to repel the creatures from the strange mist, while the appearance of
the sun led the Rakkor teams in a desperate attempt at defense. The aspect of the
moon was also there, however she was leading a group to the top of the mountain,
were a group of 3 women plus a tiny ser with ears and large eyes being carried by a
book. Theywore white and gold clothing, they also carried very distinctive weapons: a
giant beast, a reliquary cannon, and a short-bladed sword. I was intrigued by this
group, but I didn't pay much attention. That's when I heard metal crash at the peak of
Mount Targon. Turning my attention there I witnessed the aspect of the Panth
warand... I mean, Atreus, fighting a pale being. Her skin was whiter than snow and
there seemed to be no trace of blood or vitality in her. His eyes had a shade of dark
green like that of mist. He hasacrown, also dark green on his head. Would he be a
king? I felt a little confused about this statement as his robes did not count as such. A
jacket showing the abdomen and tight pants? I always thought the kings of this planet
wore pompous costumes and demonstrated their sovereignty. Well, I decided not to
continue with this dilemma, but to focus on something even more impressive. In the
middle of his chest was a hole and from inside it came the infamous mist that plagued
this planet. So that was the culprit? Is he the center of everything? Well, if that's the
case, it's going to be very easy to beat him, this false aspect of my control calls, Atreus,
should be able to solve this situation easily. I still remember the day pantheon's spirit
was killed by a being who had fragments of my power. It was an eternal confusion in
Targon, several arguments and laments of them, and even worse was when the power
of the aspect of war was reborn into human, which hated them from the bottom of
their soul. It was a terrible tragedy. I, however, were delighted by every lament that
came out of their mouths. This was the happiest day of my life, well, one of them, for
the happiest will be when I reach my freedom.
The combat was intense and very proportional, byeon at one point Atreus got a
break and threw the pale king from the mountain peak. Percebi that everything was
over and so too, their voices in my head calmed down. This phenomenon really was
interesting, but it ended very quickly, a pity. My presence is no longer necessary.
Then, when I turned to go away I heard a cry from Atreus and an uproar of voices in my
head. Turningaround, I saw an amazing scene. The blade of the pale king was jammed
into Atreus' chest. Somehow, this king managed to climb to the peak of the mountain
at unbelievable speed and, moreover, was able to seriously injure one of the most
resistant and strongest aspects. At this moment, I was able to hear the pale king's
voice in my head by the crown. "Say your name appearance!". What's goingon? I
thought to myself. When I was beginning to reflect another voice, he radiated to me ,
"My name is Pantheon the god of war!" said Atreus. Then the pale king replied,
"Pantheon, I appoint you now my general , and from now on you will command my
armies." "Yes Your Highness, " replied the aspect of the war. At this point I tendedwhat
had happened. This pale king was not only able to hurt an aspect, but somehow
managed to control it. And controlling him, he was able to quickly connect not only
with the magic of the crown, but with the other aspects that are in another plane. I
must admit that was surprising even to me. Even though I can't control myself, reach
this level... this magnitude of power... not every creature has this opportunity and
audacity. And with even more audacity, the pale king raised his head up watching the
heavens and stars and raising his sword in the same direction said a phrase that
completely shook all Targonians: "After returning it, after conquering this world, you
will be next."
I could hear targon's aspects arguing in a terrifying way trying to find some
solution quickly. For the first time I saw this feeling expressed in targon's chaotic and
desperate voices. Once beings who call themselves gods to mortals. Thergulhosos and
self-confident in their plans and deeds. At this moment, I observe the most primordial
feeling that all beings share: fear. In a desperate moment they sent the aspects of the
sun and moon to try to face the being who managed to shudder at them. The pale
king did not enter the fight, instead sent his newest general, Pantheon to face them.
The fighting was tough, fast and lethal movements were seen from both sides. Even
though it clearly has a numerical advantage for the side of the sun and moon aspects.
Pantheon was clearly dominating the fight. At an opportune time the aspect of war
finds a loophole against the aspect of the moon. This blowwould be lethal if hit,
however, in a moving motion the appearance of the sun the strip of the collision
course of the attack, but unfortunately was not able to defend itself, thus being
seriously injured. The aspect of the moon, then enraged by the event uses all its
strength to attack Pantheon, however, is easily blocked and overwhelmed by it, and in
an attack made by the aspect of war the aspect of the moon loses its weapon and falls
to the ground. Stunned and unable to moveclearly, she becomes an incapable of
defending herself. When Pantheon was walking to give the final blow. The pale king's
voice again resonated: Enough, I've already taken what I needed. Let's go, we can face
them on another occasion. Then, Pantheon ceases the attack and between the icy
winds of the mountain top a portal opens where the two pass through it and
disappear.
The aspect of the moon tries very hard to carry the aspect of the sun to a safe
place, she gets help from the group she was guiding up the mountain and they enter a
cave. From what it looks like, this seems to be the end of the sun's appearance. A
more moving tragic end. The voices in my head continued to abuzz more and more,
they managed to successfully disconnect pantheon's telepathic connection, but will
not be able to prevent him from entering the celestial kingdom, a pity. They kept
arguing, some wanted to use me to end once and for all, others rejected it. In fact, I
could end this problem in a matter of seconds, however I would have to take half the
planet together, which was not what they wanted, since, Targon still has plans for this
planet, there is something in this Runeterra that they aim to achieve. So the only viable
solution would be to trust your earthly representatives. But the question is which to
choose, the aspect of protection can not go very far from the mountain, after all, it is
your duty to protect it. The aspect of the sun is severely injured, unable to act, the
aspects of justice, which in this era are two, are a headache. One completely rejects
the will of her appearance and her divinity, and the other is not yet prepared to return
from the celestial kingdom. And the twilight aspect, there's not even if they told her to
take something, that sound, annoying girl would be able to do it. Thus, not by choice,
but by elimination, the chosen one is the aspect of the moon. After they talked to her.
Well, it wasn't really a conversation, it was anorder. She accepts her heavenly mission.
The goal, Face Pantheon and bring him back to his sanity. If it's not possible, killing him
would become the option. Besides of course killing the pale king. A practical plan, but
difficult to implement. I wonder how she would do such a thing. And for me, my task
became to remain in the orbit of the planet in case my power was needed.
My task was simple and tedious. But my mind was still thinking about that pale
king. He not only managed to control one aspect, but by telepathic means, managed to
reach where Targon dwells, besides of course, threatening in good tone Targon and his
empire. I propose to think, is he what I'm looking for? A way to free me, after all, he
has enough power to wage war against Targon and win, and thus deliver me from my
captivity. But even if he's a way out, how am I going to get a deal with him? I am
constantly watched through this crown, they know exactly where I am. However, my
vile "masters" are not in their full capacities, yet in the midst of a euphoria of fear
brought by this king. So I thought to myself, if I could create a discreet message that
could be delivered to the king, I could then sign a contract with him. If Targon could
not yetrealize the magical wear of the crown, in this state, they probably wouldnot per
ceberiam this plan. Although it was risky, I decided to try, even if it cost a star's life, it
was a very tempting opportunity, and u am very close to my freedom closer than I've
ever been.
I then decided to orbit the planet quickly, and with my hidden hands create a
small sphere of energy with my power the being that will take it will gaina part of my
power and a message establishing an alliance with me. If he didn't accept the alliance
he could easily take the heavenly powers back. The sphere was made, All I had left was
to throw it, the only place I could think of at that moment was the island I once saw
with the thick mist covering it as it surrounded the planet, there should be the
epicenter of everything, I thought. The only problem is that I didn't know where he'd
be since it was impossible to see the surface of where I was. So I had to calculate based
on my memory of ancient empires in my memory to find accordingly where your
palace would be. After calculating, the time has come. I orbited the planet once more,
and when I was near the island, I threw the ball gently at an angle and possible
trajectory to hit the target, and it hit. Apparently, Targon didn't even pay attention to
what I was doing. Worried too much about their empire being in threat, all they did
was argue with each other and come up with plans.
I waited patiently for the answer of my present, for hours, days. But so far
nothing. How long do I have to wait? Every second i spent, I was more impatient. I saw
from above a fleet of ships sailing to the island. There were 6 in total, and contained at
least 20 soldiers each, where it was possible to observe. It seems that the inhabitants
of this world want to repay what that king had done. How are humans fools, if they
could barely face those aberrations in their territory, what will you say in the territory
of the enemy itself? They're walking to their own grave. Especially if he accepts my
power. Looking more closely at the boats I saw the appearance of the moon. She was
wearing the same costumes as the group she had accompanied to the summit of the
mountain. Did she put together an army to fight that king? Well, It wouldn't surprise
me since several other human aspects have done the same thing in the past for their
own reasons, but with the exception that the current aspect of the moon is digging its
own grave under the orders of youand your masters. Ironic you can say.
I waited and waited and so far nothing, did he not see him? Did I play in the
wrong place? No, I wouldn't make such a basic mistake. My patience was running out
more and more, until a voice invaded my mind, it was him, he got a telepathic contact
with me, outside the crown, directly into my conscious, his power was increasingly
impressive. He said, "I don't need your power, after all after conquering that golden
kingdom, you will be my servant anyway." The fury has grown upon me, what do you
mean you don't need my power? Am I an ordinary creature that needs to be taken?
I'm a cosmic entity! I was born from the first breath of life! I create the stars! It is
because of me that life in this universe in this world exists! If I hadn't created this star
that's at the center of this solar system, you'd never exist, you'd be nothing! How
daring, I'm giving you an unusual power! If you don't want to accept it, then let it
perish. Because if the aspect of the moon fails, I'm the one who's going to have to deal
with the situation, and I'm not good at practicing mercy.
Anyway, I waited for the failure of the moon's appearance, but to my surprise
the dense mist that was beneath the island had begun to dissipate, as well as for the
rest of the planet and along with the creatures that appeared from it. Over time it was
possible to observe the surface of the island and I realized that there was only one
small group of human beings left along with the moon's appearance. Apparently, all
that battalion that had been sent wasalmost entirely exterminated. But I felt
something worse. I heard cries of joy and celebrations from Targon coming from the
crown. Pantheon, who had been revived from the body of Atreus by that king,
returned to the heavenly home with his family. I wondered how it was possible? It was
then, that the aspect of twilight, revealed his secret plan. Where he used his
handwork, that annoying little girl, to create a spell that would break Pantheon's spirit
from Atreus' body and get him back to his kingdom. Everything in me fell apart,
besides not being able to carry out my plan, this damn family was reunited with all its
members. Besides, the sun's aspect of surviving that wound. My disappointment was
evident in my face.
Since in the end Targon had won, my presence was no longer needed. So I was
allowed to leave this world. Reflecting on everything that happened I noticed that this
experience was not a complete waste, on the contrary, I learned that it is possible to
conspire in the shadows against Targon without them realizing it. This may be useful in
the future. In the meantime, I need to find some being worthy of my colabprayer. It
was then that a being came to mind. Yes! That being who laughed at me inside the
lavender-colored miasma crack when I had to close it in times past. If I can find him
again , I can form an alliance with him. He must be smart enough to understand, unlike
his cubs. So I can destroy Targon and finally get my much-desired freedom.
