The title of the project is named as ‘Logistics management of adidas’.

I. Introduction
About topic:
The most crucial component of supply chain management is logistics, which includes a number
of activities related to the inventory management cycle. It is true that every organization
completely depends on the inventory management system that is included into the business
cycle. Planning, implementing, and controlling the movement of goods and services from the
point of origin to the point of destination are all made easier by logistics. Therefore, it can be
claimed that the system is management-driven and really based on client demand. Inventory
management, reverse flow, and storage are all guaranteed by logistics management.
In this paper, the Adidas logistics system has been thoroughly examined by examining the
various order cycle and logistical interfaces. This study offers advice on how to manage the
inventory of the products Adidas sells both in-person and online.

Adidas is a well-known German firm that is engaged in the design, production, and marketing of
apparel, shoes, and other accessories. Adidas is renowned for both its high-quality goods and
brand identity. Adidas is the second-largest sportswear corporation in the world and the biggest
shoe manufacturer in Germany. Due to the degree of demand it manages with the guarantee of
the finest quality products, the Adidas logistic system is the most complicated one.
