    What tools are used for IWRM and what are the three strategic targets?

    Tools for the IWRM

    They are 60 tools within the IWRM toolbox, strategically targeting 3 sectors, which are used to support
    the controlling of water management by surpassing the difficulties within its system. Each tool is
    designed to strategically tackle specific areas of interest, such as regulatory regimes conflicts and
    scarcity of integrity within water finances, just to name a few. (GWP, 2020)

    The three strategic targets are:

    1. Enabling Environment
    2. Institutional Arrangements
    3. Management Instruments
