Documentation about FCA FCA-6863

This ticket https://fccs.atlassian.net/browse/FCA-6863 reports a bug in freedom api when we try call the
Project/{id}/workers/migrated/assignWithCode API , the api returned a time out exception without
details about the problem, this problem was reported a month ago but if we try reproduce the error
again this will not happen, now the enpoint is giving us details about the error without any time out
error.

Previously, the API just launch an exception timed out, but now, it’s launching an exception with details
about the problem
