Abstract

The study of artificial intelligence (AI) ethics is concerned with the ethical implications and obligations
that arise from the design, development, and application of AI systems. It has accomplished several
significant accomplishments, including as the development of self-driving cars, face recognition
technology, and medical diagnostics. AI has enormous potential to advance social development,
economic growth, and human welfare and safety. However, due to its poor level of explain ability, data
biases, data security, and privacy concerns, AI-based technology offers significant risks to users,
developers, people, and society. AI ethics aims to ensure that the development and use of AI is in line
with ethical standards and the wellbeing of both the individual and society. This entails developing AI
systems that uphold privacy, are just, open, and accountable, and are consistent with human-centered
values and goals.
