People were friendly and we discovered we had a lot in common. ‘The social evening was well attended, and I think everyones enthusiasm for this new chapter in their ives helped | to enhance the lively atmosphere. Essentially, the evening served to help new students overcome their shyness and) make useful social contacts. Furthermore, | was able to learn more about college life from senior students, who were only too willing to answer questions. Overall, the evening was a success and proved helpful in many ways, tg college community.
