How To Make Jakarta Themed Ruler

Purpose:
The purpose of making the product is to develop our sense of creativity, increase our insights,
and preserve the culture of Jakarta, because it is the place where most of us are born and
raised. Also, using recycled materials will reduce our negative impact on the environment.
We can also foster a sense of enthusiasm for entrepreneurship in producing works.

Tool:
 Ruler
 Cutter
 Scissors
 Glue
 Marker or drawing pen

Material:
 Cardboard
 Buffalo folder
 Old magazine
 Old pamphlet
 Empty product box/packaging

How To Make:
1) Make a 30 cm x 6 cm ruler pattern on the cardboard.

2) Make the same two patterns on the folder, and on one of the patterns, draw a 2 cm line
from the ruler pattern on each side.
3) Cut the pattern that has been drawn on the cardboard and the folder.

4) For the pattern on the folder, cut each corner of it to form a square.

5) Cover the cardboard with the two cut out folder patterns.

6) Give a ruler scale from 0 to 30 cm on the cardboard ruler with a marker or drawing pen.

7) Lastly, add decorations or finishing touches to the ruler, and the ruler is ready to be
packaged and sold.
