1. PARTIES

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of __ of _____ 2021 (the “Effec>ve Date”) by and

a company registered under the laws of Russia with office situated at 123060, Moscow, Marshal

“________________________-”, is referred to as “Client” and “P.E. Brudnov Nikita” is referred to
as “Executor”.
Both referred as “Par>es” and separately as “Party”, have signed this agreement (“Agreement”) on
the following:

2. SUBJECT MATTER

2.1 The Executor shall provide the Client with lis>ng on h\ps://coinmarketcap.com/ within 7
working days for the company “____________” (“Service”), and the Client shall accept and pay for
the Services to the Executor.

3. COST OF SERVICES

3.1. The cost of Services under this Contract shall be ____ USDT.

3.2. The prices are fixed and shall not to be changed within the term of the Agreement validity.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1. Payment for the Services provided by the Executor Executor shall be paid in one part.

4.2. The Client’s obliga>on to pay for the rendered Services shall be deemed performed when the
relevant amount is debited from the Client’s wallet and entered Executor’s USDT ERC-20 wallet:

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1. The Par>es shall treat all informa>on under this Agreement, financial, commercial and other
informa>on, including the informa>on on the costs and validity of the Agreement, volume of the
Services and plans on future coopera>on of the Par>es as confiden>al and shall not disclose such
informa>on to the third par>es, including publica>ons in mass media or such another disclosure,
without preliminary wri\en approval by the other Party during the term of this Agreement and
within 2 (two) years from the moment of its expira>on or early termina>on.

6. TERMS OF VALIDITY AND AGREEMENT TERMINATION

6.1. This Agreement shall become effec>ve from the moment of its signing by the Par>es and be
valid for two month, or un>l both the Par>es discharge their obliga>ons in accordance with the
present Agreement unless otherwise agreed between the Client and the Executor.

6.2. This Agreement may be unilaterally terminated by the Client at any >me upon wri\en no>ce
provided to the Executor not less than ficeen calendar days before the expected date of
termina>on.

6.3. By the moment of this Agreement’s dissolu>on or termina>on under any other circumstances,
the Client shall perform current se\lements with the Executor as defined in clause 4.1. herein. The
Executor in its turn, shall finish the provision of the Services (par>cular stage of Services’ provision)
upon the request from the Client.

6.4. The Client has the right to unilaterally terminate the Purchase No>fica>on, if the Executor is
late with the rendering of the Services for the >me exciding twice the period of the Services
rendering period if specified in the Purchase No>fica>on. In case such termina>on occurs, the
losses of the Executor will not be compensated.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

7.1. This Agreement has been executed in two (2) originals, each in the English.

7.2. All changes to this Agreement are valid only if they are made in wri>ng and signed by both
par>es.

7.3. This Agreement and changes to the Agreement (addendums, annexes, etc.) may be executed
by exchange of signed copies of the Agreement or changes to the Agreement by fax.
