MAINTENANCE Disassemble and Assemble Blastmaster® 750 CFM Air Dryer — Pneumatic Maintenance of the Blast master® 750 CFM Air Dryer - Pneumatic is limited to the daily cleaning and immediate replacement of damaged or worn parts, and maintaining air motor lubricant supply. Fig. 6 Disassemble: 4) Remove Bolts (9) from Flange (8) to remove Transfer Hose Assembly (10). 2) Disconnect Air Hose (19) from Ball Valve (18) and Regulator/Lubricator (21). 3) Disconnect Air Hose (20) from Air Motor (11) inlet and Regulator/Lubricator (21), 4) Disconnect Air Hose (12) from Air Motor (11) exhaust and Exhaust Muffier Assembly (15). 5) Remove Bolts (1) from Flange Assembly (24) and Mounting Bracket (23) to remove Inlet Filter (22). 6) Remove Bolts (16) from Outlet Filter (17) flange assembly to remove Outlet Filter. 7) Remove Bolts from Regulator/Lubricator (21) to remove Regulator/Lubricator from Aftercooler Frame (2). 8) Remove Bolts (4) from Protective Grate (7) and remove from Aftercooler Frame (2). 9) Remove Botts (3) from Aftercooler Assembly (6) and remove from Aftercooler Frame (2). 10)Remove Bolts (5) from Aftercooler Frame (2) to remove from Main Frame (14). 111)Remove Inspection Door Assembly (13) from top of tank. Fellue to comply with the above weming could ‘asult in death or serious Injury TROUBLESHOOTING If the Blast master® 750 CFM Air Dryer does not function properly, check the following: SYMPTOM (Cause) ACTION Inlet Filter/Tank not draining Inspect drain valve for damage. Replace collected moisture damaged components. (Damaged components, Obstruction) Inspect drain valve for visible obstruction. Clear obstruction. If no damage or visible obstructions are found, disassemble drain pipe string, inspecting for internal obstructions. With pipe string removed from tank, examine air hose attachment point for debris or obstructions. Clean Aftercooler Core. Ensure tank contains Desiccant. Load tank ‘See Load Instructions in Maintenance. Check that desiccant tablets move freely. Moisture can cause desiccant to fuse together, preventing collected moisture from draining.
