It is satisfied by the paper as it touches the areas very well that mentioned above.

• What is meant by a peer-reviewed journal article?

A scholarly publication is another term for a peer-reviewed publication. The peer-review

method is used to maintain academic scientific excellence by subjecting an author's
scholarly work, research, or ideas to the examination of those who are experts in the
same area (peers).
• State the important steps in a peer-review process after submitting the article for
review until it is published in the journal.

1. Submission of paper
2. Editorial Office Assessment
3. Appraisal be the Editor in Chief (EIC)
4. EIC Assigns an Associate Editor (AE)
5. Invitation to Reviewers
6. Response to Invitations
7. Review is conducted
8. Journal Evaluate the Reviews
9. The Decision is communicated

o What is meant by SCI and SCI explained journal? Why would you consider
selecting a SCI or SCI expanded journal to disseminate knowledge?

A multidisciplinary citation index, SCI stands for Science Citation Index. Science
Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), a more comprehensive edition, spans 9,000+
important journals from 1900 to the present in 177 different scientific areas. The
Social Science Citation Index, or SSCI, comprises more than 3,000 academic
journals from 57 different social science areas. The top journals in the world are
those that are indexed by SCI and SSCI. Through the Web of Science platform at
the Library, the two indexes are accessible online.Researchers establish that
journals of Science Citation Index® (SCI) and Science Citation Index ExpandedTM
(SCIE) have the SAME QUALITY since the journal selection procedure for SCI and
SCIE is largely same.

o How many times the corresponding article has been cited in SCI journals?

43 times

• What is an “open access journal” ?
Open access (OA) refers to digital, online information that is publicly available.
Open access scholarly literature is free and frequently has fewer stringent
copyright and license hurdles than traditionally published works, benefiting both
readers and writers.
While open access is a newer type of scholarly publishing, many open access
journals follow well-established peer-review processes and adhere to high
publishing standards.

• State the intention of including an abstract in a journal article? How should it be

organized? Check whether the answer to this question is consistent with the structure
of the abstract of the selected journal article.
The abstract allows you to elaborate on each significant topic of the work and assists
readers in deciding whether to read the body of the document. As a result, sufficient
relevant information [e.g., summary results, observations, trends, etc.] must be provided
in the abstract to make it valuable to someone who might wish to explore your work.
There are 4 types of abstracts based on structure.
1. Critical abstracts
Critical abstracts are typically between 400 and 500 words long. A critical abstract
includes a judgment or remark on the study's validity, reliability, or completeness, in
addition to summarizing the key results and information. The researcher assesses the
article and frequently compares it to other papers on the same topic.
2. Descriptive abstracts
The sort of information found in the work is indicated by the descriptive abstract. It
provides no assessments of the effort and offers no outcomes or conclusions.
Descriptive abstracts are typically 100 words or fewer in length. Some scholars
consider it an outline rather than a summary of the work.
3. Informative abstracts
A excellent informative abstract serves as a stand-in for the piece itself. It provides
and discusses all of the paper's primary arguments, as well as the most important
conclusions and evidence. An informative abstract is often no more than 300 words
long, but it incorporates the research's findings and conclusions, as well as the
author's suggestions.
4. Highlight abstract
A highlight abstract is not a real abstract and so cannot stand alone from its related
article; as a result, it is rarely used in academic writing. There is no pretension of the
publication being fair or thorough, and in fact, fragmentary and leading statements
may be utilized to pique readers' curiosity.
When feasible, use the active voice, but keep in mind that much of your abstract may
require passive sentence constructs. In any case, compose your abstract in brief yet
full terms. Get to the point quickly and always use the past tense because you are
reporting on a finished research.

Formatting
Abstracts should be structured as a single block paragraph with no paragraph
indentations. In most situations, the abstract page comes right after the title page.
The page should not be numbered. The rules in writing manuals vary, but in general,
the phrase "Abstract" should be centered at the top of the page, with double spacing
between the title and the abstract. The concluding words of an abstract briefly
describe your study's conclusions, ramifications, or applications to practice, and can
be followed by a remark regarding the need for future research revealed by the
findings, if applicable.

Creating Your Abstract

Although it is the first portion of your work, the abstract should be written last
because it summarizes the entire contents. To start writing your abstract, choose full
sentences or important words from each part of the article and arrange them in a
sequence that describes the contents. Then, to make the narrative flow clearly and
easily, modify or add linking phrases or words. It should be noted that statistical
findings should be given in parentheses.

Considering the abstract of selected paper.

“Origami-based designs refer to the application of the ancient art of origami to solve
engineering problems of different nature. Despite being implemented at dimensions that
range from the nano to the meter scale, origami-based designs are always defined by the laws
that govern their geometrical properties at any scale. It is thus not surprising to notice that
the study of their applications has become of cross-disciplinary interest. This article aims to
review recent origami-based applications in engineering, design methods and tools, with a
focus on research outcomes from 2015 to 2020. First, an introduction to origami history,
mathematical background and terminology is given. Origami-based applications in
engineering are reviewed largely in the following fields: biomedical engineering, architecture,
robotics, space structures, biomimetic engineering, fold-cores, and metamaterials. Second,
design methods, design tools, and related manufacturing constraints are discussed. Finally,
the article concludes with open questions and future challenges.”

It is an Informative abstract.
• What is a video journal?
A video journal is a video publishing of intellectual work. A live camera shot allows
researchers to present their findings to the public. The effect of scholars' study is boosted
since these video journals allow them to exhibit their work in a more visible manner.

• State the purpose of a review journal article, a research communication, and a scientific
report?
A research paper is based on original research. Authors need to collect and analyze raw
data and conduct an original study.
A review article, also known as a review paper, is an examination of previously published
material that does not include original research. In general, review articles summarize the
available literature on a topic in an attempt to describe the present level of knowledge
on the issue. They are classified into three types: theoretical, empirical, and empirical.
Impact, outreach, and research communications have all become buzzwords in the higher
education scene, where institutions and researchers must produce impact, connect with
business, and convey their findings to a wider audience.
A scientific report is a document that details the process, progress, and/or results of
technical or scientific research, as well as the current condition of a technical or scientific
research topic. It may also offer recommendations and the research's conclusion.
