(TOC) in e-office file.
4 EOT as granted by Client.
5 Whether the proposed EOT is within
EOT granted by Client or not.
6 Intermediate milestones and its current
status (achieved or not achieved) along
with proposed date for milestones not
achieved.
7 Penalty clause on non-achievement of
intermediate milestones and the
details of penalty imposed.
8 Copy of Site Hindrance Register.
9 Mapping of number of days from
Hindrance register after removing
overlapping days to arrive net days
which may be granted further.
10 Attach supporting documents due to
which extension is being sought under
Table of Content (TOC) in e-office file.
11 Whether Delay is due to Contractor or
Client.
12 Work Program from Contractor to
complete the balance work within the
proposed EOT.
13 Clearly mention the proposed EOT with
LD or without LD.
14 SOP Clause under which approval of the
Competent Authority is being sought.
