The Department of Education, Davao City Division will hold a Division Training on Lesson
Development for Prevention and Control of Common Communicable Diseases with Corona Virus Disease
2019 (COVID-19) Health Protocols in the New Normal Mode of Learning on November 22–24, 2021 at
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM via Zoom and our Facebook Page to strengthen knowledge on integrating current
health issues and concerns into the teaching-learning process.

This virtual training aims to:

1. I will provide a basic background on prevention and control of common communicable diseases,
specifically Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19).

2. Develop a lesson plan related to the prevention and control of common communicable diseases with
Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Health Protocols.

3. Demonstrate teaching using the lesson plan that has been developed; and

4. improve knowledge of how to incorporate current health issues and concerns into the teaching-
learning process

In connection to this, we would like to ask your permission to allow us to utilize the studio of your
school as our venue for this 3-day event. This will be of great help in the conduct and success of this
webinar.
