Bidders are required to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council valid upto 30! June, 2021 in Category C-S or above with specialization code CE-O1 & CE-10. Ey Bidders can download bidding documents from NHA website (www.nha.gov.pk). 4. Bid security as mentioned in bidding documents, must accompany with “Technical Bid”, Photocopy of Bid Security or none submission with Technical Bid may lead to disqualification / non responsive. Bidders are required to submit their bids strictly in accordance to conditions of bidding documents. Noncompliance of Instructions to Bidders will Iead to disqualification / none responsiveness of bid at the time of opening. All pages of proposal must be placed in sequence / sections as mentioned in Bidding Documents, numbered (starting from first to last page), signed and stamped in original by authorized representative of the firm. 6. Audit reports (of the last 03 years) should in line with auditing standards and must be prepared from Chattered accountant duly register with ICAP. The required standard for audit report is incorporate in bidding documents Appendix-A. a Bid Security, PEC Valid Certificate and Original Authority Letter (on Stamp Paper) must be placed / bind on top of the “Technical Bid Book’ to avoid unnecessary delay in evaluation. The contractor(s) who have poor performance during last two years, shall not be allowed to participate in bidding, Firms owned by Father, Brother and Sons are not allowed to participate at once in similar contract. Any person, having power of attorney more than One Firm, shall not be allowed to participate in bidding. Further, the bidders are also advised to carefully read the bidding documents before participation st Makran 8. Bids will be received in the office of General Manager Bal. We NHA, Gwadar on 9% July, 2021 will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend. The works shall be awarded according to financial limit of bidder. 9. The firms providing unsubstantiated / incorrect / incomplete information are liable to disqualification and /or legal action.
