I am in receipt of your Notice of Proposed Action dated November 29, 2022.

I am currently married to my husband Francisco Javier Rodriguez Rodriguez. I petitioned for him
on form I-130 along with the other immigration forms (see list below) that are used to adjust
his immigration status from a tourist or non-immigrant to an immigrant with permanent
resident status. I began the process in March of 2022 and received the USCIS notices on March
28, 2022.
On May 05, 2022 my husband attended his biometrics appointment, which he completed
without incident. He is currently assigned Alien Registration Number 207-961-850. We are
pending his employment authorization card and his social security number.
