BDO / TL – Criteria & Reward

• Criteria: 60% of your CE/DE has to qualify (Min 15 tools to be sold)
• Reward - 1.25 times of the average earning of the CE. In multiples of Flip kart vouchers worth Rs
750 each.
• Certificate signed by Sr. Vice President – Marketing

BDM Criteria & Rewards

• Criteria: Min 90 tools has to sold
• Rewards:
• Topper – 25 Vouchers
• 1st Runner up – 20 Vouchers
• 2nd Runner up – 15 Vouchers
• Certificate signed by Sr. Vice President – Marketing
 Terms & Conditions:

• CE Qualification - Minimum 3 Tools to any painters & minimum 25 Packets of Floor cover (dealer
billing). If not met will take strict disciplinary action & show cause notice will be issued.
• Qualified CE per head 6 Furniture Mover will attract 1 additional voucher.
