outlet to initiate during the Mental Flashbacks= a Mental trigger that sends
your thinking back to the Traumatic Event that occurred.

Learning how to Self -Advocate and Know it is ALLOWED and OK to
Advocate for your Personal-Safety and your Personal Space.

Learning how to use Things that you enjoy doing as a positive outlet to keep
you from getting mentally and emotionally stressed out (Burnt Out).

1. Common Reactions- sadness, depression, major depression, despair,
Suicidal Thoughts, Suicidal Plans, Suicidal Actions.

2. Remembering the Events and but, using those events as Warnings for Self-
Safety, (DO NOT GET Trapped or Re-Trapped) in the Traumatic Event
process all over again. Stay away from Visual and Audible things that disrupt
your thought processes and you emotional reactions.

Step4: Learn How to Get our of Mental and Emotional Entrapment.

Emotionally.

Learning and Relearning your Strategy and holding to your Personal Healthy
Choices/Decisions for yourself and those around your in your environment.
