    Mutah marriage is a temporary form of marriage in Islamic law where no inheritance rights are granted since it is not a permanent marriage. For mutah marriages, if one spouse dies the other spouse does not inherit anything. The Quran states that men are responsible for maintaining women financially and spiritually because of men's increased physical strength. In return, women must obey their husbands.     Mutah marriage is temporary marriage, mutah marriage the ishna asari school of thought says
    that if any person dies during, mutah marriage is temporary so no inheritance right issue,
    mutual rights, idah period is waiting period , if husband. Chapter 4 verse 34 says ‘men are
    the protectors and maintainer’s of women because God has given one more
    strength than the other and because they support them from their means. We get
    mainatinence as women giving obedience to husband. Scale of maintenance is
    based upon the previous living standards of the wife and what the husband can
    afford. Husband is entitled to the obedience in return of maintenance.
