(b) Calculate the M.A. of this pulley system if its efficiency is

(b) State two ways in which resonance differs from forced vibration. [3]
(iii) A man standing in front of a vertical cliff, fires a gun. He hears the echo
after 3s. On moving close to the cliff by 82.5m, he fires again and hears the
echo after 2.5s. Find:
(a) distance of the cliff from the initial position of the man.
(b) speed of sound.
(c) Explain loudness of sound is subjective property and intensity of sound is
objective property. [4]
