DAY 0 1
JAIPUR - ARRIVAL Multi Arts Center, Museums.
Arrive in Jaipur pick up and transfer to hotel and
check in & Lunch at Hotel.
Post Lunch visit Jawahar kala Kendra - The
Jawahar Kala Kendra is a multi arts centre, it was
built by Government of Rajasthan with the purpose
of preserving Rajasthani arts and crafts.
Evening visit Birla mandir - It was built by the B.M.
Birla Foundation in 1988 and is constructed solely
of white marble.
Drive through (if time permits) photo stop at Albert
Hall Museum - is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic
architecture
Overnight stay in Jaipur (Lunch)

DAY 0 2
JAIPUR
Breakfast at Hotel, Then we proceed to visit
Amer Fort - originally, was the capital of the state
before Jaipur. It is an old fort, built in 1592 by Raja
Man Singh. This fort is also very popularly known
as the Amer Palace. Lunch at Hotel
Visit Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Photo stop at
Hawa Mahal, explorer Local Market

JAIPUR – MANDAWA Open Air Gallery,
Exploring Mandawa.
Breakfast at Hotel,
check out & Proceed towards Mandawa
on Arrival Lunch & check In at Hotel. Evening
free time for self exploration
The town of Mandawa is also known as the
open-air art gallery due to the numerous
architecturally and artistically beautiful historical
structures in the town. Most of the Havelis of
Mandawa are famous for their paintings,
murals, and various other beautiful artifacts.
This amazing town is a must-visit for all the
history, architecture, as well as art lovers out

DAY 04
MANDAWA – JAISALMER Architecture Workshop,
Castle, Hand on experience & Temple visits.
Breakfast at Hotel, Check out & proceed for Guided
walking tour of Mandawa
visit of Goenka haveli & Murmuriya haveli with
Italian frescos painting
sharrafo ka kua - Old water well with beautiful
architecture
Snehram ladia haveli - Biggest haveli of Mandawa
with antiques, Famous for Bollywood movies
shootings. Free time for Lunch (on own)
Post Lunch visit Ultimate experience with local
family who are doing tie and dye work from last 6
generations.

rulers are the special attraction of Bada
Bagh. Pay special attention to carved
pillars, beautiful sculpted chhatris,

Standard terms and conditions
(To be signed by institution authority at the time of
package confirmation)
➢ Booking and Payment Policy: 100% of the actual costs for railway tickets
and/or airfare to be paid in advance along with 50% advance of the
Program cost. Balance 50% to be paid 30 days before the date of
departure. Services will not be confirmed until the advance payments are
made.
➢ Peak season surcharges: Reservations made during peak season, select
holidays and special event periods, packages may require a surcharge, be
completely non-refundable and/or require payment in full upon booking.
➢ Registration Policy: Registration forms along with detailed itinerary will
be distributed free of charge. Registration from duty filled up by
students/parents should be submitted along with a non-refundable
advance amount. The form should be counter signed by the principle or
Program in charge teacher. Payment can be done by cash/Cheque only.
Cheque should be drawn in favor of “Happymiles Travel India Private
Limited”
➢ Punctuality: This is a measure to ensure your safety and time discipline.
Program participants will have to strictly follow to the prescribed
timetable for the day. Please follow time discipline so that scheduled
sightseeing is not missed. In case any sightseeing or services are missed
due to delay from the client's end, the same will be non-refundable.
Program participants are requested to strictly follow the time schedule
given at all times including the departure time from the hotel, sightseeing
places, etc.
➢ Meals: There are pre-set menus provided by the restaurants/hotels. We,
however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement, where
circumstances compel us to do so. Unlike an airline, we cannot process
for a special meal, diet meal etc., nor can we guarantee a special diet for
customers if applicable. In the event that the client misses his meals due
to any personal circumstances, no claim can be made for the unutilized
meals
➢ Cancellations & Refunds: Reservations cancelled 30-21 days prior to
scheduled departure will incur a charge equal to 50% of the invoice, plus
any additional fees charged by the supplier. Reservations cancelled within
20 days prior to scheduled departure are 100% non-refundable. No
refunds will be made on unused portions of any itinerary omitted by the
passenger while travelling. Refunds, credits for trip adjustments and
weather reimbursements will be returned by cheque. Some exceptions
may apply.
Student safety and Insurance
➢ We at Happymiles, make sure that no stone is unturned when it
comes to student safety and insurance against unforeseen
events.
➢ All the hotel properties are standard and well equipped with
CCTV cameras in common areas.
➢ All the buses are quipped with CCTV cameras and wireless
internet (sectors wherever possible).
➢ All network of our local vendors (buses, hotels, sightseeing
guide service providers) are well equipped and experienced in
handling school and college groups on account of our
relationship with them or their associates in other parts of the
world.
➢ Our insurance policies are specifically tailored for student and
college groups with additional features that ensure insurance
against various contingencies.
➢ We have an experienced set of responsible tour managers who
will ensure student safety and comfort all throughout these
programs.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and
must be received by us prior to the scheduled
Program departure. INR 1,500/INR 3,000 per person
cancellation fee will be charged by Happymiles for
domestic and international programs respectively, in
addition to any fees charged by the supplier(s).
➢ Valuable loss / theft: The institution is requested to
inform students not to carry their valuables. The
Organizers shall not under any circumstances
whatsoever be liable to extent any help or
compensate for the loss/theft, personal injury,
sickness, delay increase expense, consequential loss
or any miss adventure however caused. The
organizers reserve the right to claim any additional
amount for the expense due to delay or changes in
train, bus, flight, ships or the services, weather
conditions, war quarantine, strike or any other cause
whatsoever. Once u book on the Program you get
into an implied agreement with our company and
have read the rules and regulations laid down by
Happymiles and hence the institutions and the
program in charge has agreed to abide by them.
➢ Happymiles may use the name of your school,
college and/or university in correspondences,
including proposals, brochures, standard itineraries,
credential packs.
➢ Educational travel and learn programs for schools,
colleges and universities and pre-university students
are specifically curated by us and we would request
all our customers and prospective customers to not
share inclusions, exclusions and itineraries with
competing firms.
➢ Other important terms: The Company has full rights
to shift the Itinerary and make changes which suit
the best to our client, in situations which are beyond
control of the company.
