A.How to Make Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Ingredients

 2 tablespoon margarine
 500 gram pacet shrimp, split the back
 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
 2 tablespoon of lime water
 1 tablespoon of tamarind water
 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
 1 teaspoon of chicken broth powder
 8 cloves of red onion
 6 red chilies
 4 cloves of garlic
 1 onion
 1 tomato, removed seeds

Instructions

1. First, puree red onion, red chilies, garlic, onion and tomato with blender.
2. Heat margarine, saute the seasoning until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp and cook until it changes color.
4. Add soy sauce, lime water, tamarind water, brown sugar, and chicken broth powder. Stir it well.
5. Cook until the shrimp are cooked. Serve it.

B.How to Make Banana Sponge

Ingredients

 3 medium bananas
 150 gram of wheat flour
 150 gram oil
 2 eggs
 6 tablespoon of sugar
 ½ teaspoon of baking soda
 ½ teaspoon of baking powder
 1 tablespoon of vanili powder
 ¼ teaspoon of salt
 A little refined sugar

Instructions

1. First, mash the banana with a fork. It doesn’t need to be smooth.


2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the mash banana to egg whisk.
4. Add oil and stir until mix well.
5. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanili powder and salt. Enter little by little into the egg and
banana dough.
6. Stir it together with a spatula so it doesn’t tighten.
7. Prepare a baking pan that has been smeared with oil.
8. Pour the mixture into the pan.
9. Next, prepare steam that has been heated.
10. Cook banana sponge mixture for 30 minutes. Wrap the cover of steam so water vapor does not drip.
11. Stick a banana sponge with a stick to ensure its maturity.
12. Serve it with refined sugar.

C.How to Make Balado Eggs

Ingredients

 6 eggs
 1.5 liter of water
 100 ml of water
 250 ml of oil for sauting
 Fine Ingredients
 3 cloves of garlic
 6 cloves of onion
 10 red chilies
 5 curly red chilies
 1 grain of hazelnut, roasted
 2 tomatoes, dumped seeds
 1 teaspoon chicken broth powder
 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
1. First, puree all seasonings, included chicken broth powder and soy sauce with a blender.
2. Heat the water in the pan until it boils, then add the eggs.
3. Boil for 7 minutes.
4. Drain then saok in cold water for 5 minutes.
5. Peel the eggs.
6. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat.
7. Fried eggs that have been peeled until the outside is yellowish.
8. Then, drain well the eggs
9. Next, saute all seasonings with 3 tablespoons of oil until fragrant.
10. Add fried eggs, stir until mix well.
11. Add soy sauce and water.
12. Cook until the seasoning is absorbsed.
13. Serve with parsley leaves.

A.How to Make Infused Water

Ingredients

 1 bottle of mineral water


 3 strawberry
 2 starfruit
 3 pieces mint leaves
Instruction
1. First, chop strawberry in half.
2. Chop starfruit into small pieces.
3. Mix all the fruit that has been chopped into mineral water.
4. Add mint leaves.
5. Put in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours
6. Infused water ready for consumption.
B.How to Make Cendol Ice

Ingredients

1. 125 gram rice flour


2. 75 gram tapioca flour
3. 25 gram hunkwe flour
4. 150 ml suji water (made from 20 pieces of crushed suji leaves added with 175 ml of water)
5. 500 ml water are added 1 drop of pandan essence
6. 1 tablespoon of betel lime water
7. Ice cubes
8. 10 jackfruit flesh that has been chop into small pieces
9. 1 liter coconut milk from 1 coconut
10. 5 pieces pandan leaves
11. ½ teaspoon of salt
12. 200 gram brown sugar
13. 50 gram sugar
14. 100 ml water

Instruction

1. First, mix rice flour, hunkwe flour, tapioca flour, pandan essence water, suji water, and betel lime
water.
2. Cook and stir continuously until thickens.
3. Prepare a cold water in a container, place the filter on it.
4. Pour cendol batter over the filter.
5. Press cendol batter until it runs out.
6. Drain cendol from water.
7. Next, cook together coconut milk, pandan leaves, and salt. Cook it until boiling, and pour it into a
container.
8. Cook together brown sugar, sugar, and 100 ml of water, and pour it into container.
9. Serve cendol into a glass with coconut milk, brown sugar, chopped jackfruit, and ice cubes.

C.How to Make Manado Ice

Ingredients

 2 soursop, seeds removed


 15 tablespoon of sugar
 ¾ can of sweetened condensed milk
 2 tablespoon of basil seeds
 100 gram nata de coco
 1 sachet jelly lychee flour
 600 ml water
 3 tablespoon of sugar
 Red food coloring

Instruction

1. First, cook jelly powder until boil and thicken. Pour in mold. Let it cool.
2. Diced jelly.
3. Blend soursop and sweetened condensed milk together with blender until smooth.
4. Prepare big bowl.
5. Pour soursop juice into big bowl
6. Then, add sugar, jelly, nata de coco, basil seeds and a little bit red food coloring.
7. Stir well, and add about 2 liters of water.
8. Taste it. Add sugar if it’s not sweet enough.
9. Serve it with ice cube.

A.How To Take A Picture With A Digital Camera

B.How To Use An Electric Rice Cooker

Steps

 Wash the cooking pot and make sure the inner side is clean.
 Measure the rice by using the measurement cup and put the rice into the cooking pot. Make sure to
give space for the rice, water and the expansion.
 Rinse the rice so that we can remove the pesticides that may be present.
 Add some water into the cooking pot, usually we need to see the water is 1cm above the rice
surface.
 Soak the rice for about 30 minnutes in order to make the cooked rice stickier.
 Put the cooking pot along with the rice and water into the Rice Cooker.
 Close the Rice Cooker lid and then plug the cable into the electricity socket.
 Start the Rice Cooker by pressing the Cooking/Timer Button.
 Wait until the cooking process is over.
 Open the lid and the rice is ready to be served.
C.How To Use A Blender

Steps

 Prepare the ingredients that you want to mix. The ingredients can be vary, but mostly people use
blender for these following things : Ice, vegetables, fruits, milk, or any kind of food and drinks.
 Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces if the ingredients were solid and big.
 Prepare the blender cup, make sure to clean it before we use it and put the blender blades on the
bottom of the cup.
 Place the blender cup on the blender machine.
 Insert the plug into the electricity socket.
 Put all of the ingredients into the blender cup.
 Add some water to help the blender mix the ingredients evenly.
 Close the lid and cover the blender cup tightly.
 Start the blender by pressing the speed button, you can start from the medium speed
 Wait until we get the right texture of the mixture, we can adjust the speed and also add some more
water if necessary.
 Open the blender and pour the mixture into a glass or bowl.
