B. Availability of Stocks
1. Availability of stocks are subject to prior sales.
2. Before placing an order, actual stock availability will be confirmed by the sales coordinator when the client has decided
to place the order.
3. Upon receipt of partial or full payment, reconfirmation from the sales coordinator is required to ensure availability of
stocks. For partial payment, balance should be settled within 7 days prior to delivery or as per terms agreed upon.
Otherwise, reconfirmation is required.
4. Possible inaccuracy on stock confirmation might be due to: (1) computer or clerical error and (2) unforeseen events
that are beyond control. In such cases, credit memo will be issued.

C. Delivery
1. Delivery schedule ranges from 5 to 7 working days , depending on the nature of the product.
2. If the client wishes to specify date of delivery, a written notification will be sent to confirm. However, the company
cannot be held liable for failure of delivery due to unforeseen events.
3. Delivery is free of charge within Metro Manila for a minimum order of PHP 10,000.00. For pick-up at the showroom,
please allow at least 1 to 2 days allowance notice.
4. For deliveries outside of Metro Manila, transportation and delivery charges shall be at the expense of the client.
5. Village and/or Condominium gate passes will be at the expense of the client.
6. If delivery date has already been agreed by both parties, cancellation made within 24 hours will not be accepted.
Reschedule of delivery will incur delivery charge and will be at client's expense
7. Delivery schedule will only be between 9:00 am to 4:00pm. Otherwise, delivery charges will apply. Delivery will only be
at the ground floor level of the jobsite.
D. Reservation and Storage
1. All ex-stock items are to be delivered within 30 days after confirmation of order. If the client cannot accept delivery
within this period, storage charges equivalent to 3% of the total order value will apply
