Polar bears

Meaning :
the polar bear or ice bear or
in its scientific name ursus
maritimus is a large mammal
in the biological family ursidae
that eats meat.
Classification :
This one animal is classified into the carnivore
order which has a life expectancy of up to 25
years. With a very keen sense of smell, these
animals can smell the carcass of a whale or
seal from a distance of 2 miles.
He belongs to a circumpolar species
Origin found around the northernmost
continent of the earth, namely the
Arctic continety and includes the
most carnivorous bear among
other bears families.
Body
Male polar bears weigh between 400 -
600 kg and reach 2.5 meters in height,
while female polar bears weigh 200 -
300 kg with a height of about 2 meters.

Habitats
Female polar bears will usually live along the
coast of the Worth Pole, while male bears
live on the ice floes and adrift in the sea
about 180 (one hundred eighty) miles away
from the coast
How to breed
Mating season for polar bears occurs
in summer in the Arctic, which is
between March and June. Then baby
polar bears will be born in December
- January, usually they will give birth
to 2 - 3 babies.
Food

Polar bears live by hunting sea


animal such as fish and even seals
as food for this one bear.
