Today the case is fixed for framing of issues. Out of divergent pleadings of
the parties, following issues are framed:

ISSUES:

1- Whether plaintiff is entitled for decree of recovery of Rs.2.00 Million from the
defendant? OPP
2- Whether instant is not maintainable in the present form? OPD
3- Whether instant suit is time barred? OPD
4- Whether plaint has not been properly valued for the purpose of court fee? OPD
5- Whether instant suit is bad because of non-joinder of the parties? OPD
 6- Whether instant suit being false and vexatious is liable to be dismissed with
exampalory costs? OPD
Relief
Now plaintiff is directed to submit list of witnesses along-with certificate of
readiness to give evidence within seven days from this order. Also come-up for
plaintiff’s evidence for 19.08.2019.
