The document explains the steps required to change Weblogic admin password using wlst command instead of using Admin Console.
SOLUTION
a. Navigate to <ORACLE_HOME>/oracle_common/bin
./wlst.sh (wlst.cmd)
connect('wls_admin_user','password_old','t3://host:port')
output:
wls:/offline> connect('wls_admin_user','password_old','t3://host:port')

To ensure on-the-wire security, the SSL port or Admin port should be used instead.
