Hello teacher, I will tell you about the best way to keep healthy that I really like. It’s gym. I have
known the gym and started working out since I was in 10 th grade. I often go to the gym near my
house with my friend every afternoon. At the gym, there are many exercise machines help me to
improve my muscle and strength. Exercises helps me sweat and flush out toxins, lose fat and control
weight. Specially, I will have a better body and more self-confident. One more thing, I can make
more friends when I go to the gym, practise with friends will be more fun and more effective. That’s
all.
