1. The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic have led to an unexpected
economic, social and environmental crisis around the globe, increasing the
vulnerability of the sustainment of most organizations (Boiral et al., 2021; dos
Santos, 2020; Hamouche, 2021). This essay is intended to present the
challenges that are facing by modern organizations during the COVID-19
pandemic. Firstly, significant impact on the organizations due to the global
crisis will be discussed. Secondly control measures adapted by organizations
to mitigate confusion and uncertainty of employs, recovery plans and aspects
of human resources management system with related to organization will be
illustrated. 2. For organizations, the COVID-19 pandemic causes major social
effects like contamination, quarantine and health measures of employee and
clients and economic effects like reduction and limiting of routine activities,
financial management marketing. However, all the effects have made human
resource management (HRM) the most important issue (Stavrou‐Costea,
2005). Agarwal (2021) emphasis that “The relationship between HRM practices
and wellbeing is equivocal”. It is more complicated with integration of
diversity in to recruitment process for the organizations to confirm the
qualified are employed from worldwide (Cletus et al., 2018). Moreover
educators have been forced to switch to online education using online
learning systems with the declaration of World Health Organization regarding
the COVID-19 a pandemic has created more complex situation in the
education field too (Lassoued et al., 2020). Further heavily human dependent
industries like tourism industry have experienced more vulnerable situations
during the crisis period due to the travel restrictions around the globe.
However modern-day organization are struggle to find a new innovation
systematic methos to negotiate with these challenges.
3. In this context,
employees are playing vital role and required to maintain their skills and
performance to sustain the organization amid a crisis like COVID 19
(Hamouche, 2021). To protect the health of those who are most vulnerable is
critical. On the basis of recognized risks and crisis scenarios, various action
plans, such as contingency planning, restructuring, telework development,
and business recovery, are also highlighted as important. Methods for
managing human resources (HRM) should be modified. Subcontract method
has ample benefits rather permanent staff should be adapted wherever
possible (Ogbari et al., n.d.). Popular trend like digital transformation need to
applied as an requisite option for any public or private organizations

procedures, develop new capacities, and put innovative measures in place to
face the difficulties of a situation that has grown considerably more unstable
and uncertain during times of crisis and uncertainty situation. Many

procedures to implement as limited access in-depth research on the topic. In
addition, authorities should develop plans for actions that could be taken in
the event of future outbreaks given the uncertainty surrounding the
pandemic's effects and the potential occurrence of fresh waves of infection.
