1. CONVERSATION –Clothes:

What’s your taste about clothes and accessories?

1. I just keep up with the fashion trends

2. CONVERSATION –Food:

What’s your taste about food and drink?

1 light and fresh – lots of salads and fruit, more fish than meat
2 traditional – three meals a day with a mixture of meat or fish and vegetables
3 you have a sweet tooth – you love sweets and chocolate
4 fast-food – no home cooking: burgers, pizzas, etc.
5 savoury – salty or spicy flavours, normally not sweet ones
6 delicate – no strong, sour or very salty tastes (they give you indigestion!); quite
bland food with subtle flavours

Think of a favourite item of clothes or accessories, or just a special object and

talk about it.

● What does it feel like?
● What is so special about it?
● How long have you had it?
● Which shop did you buy it in? Was it a present?
● Who was with you when you bought it? Who gave it to you?
● Was it very expensive?
● Do you think it was worth the money?
● How often do you wear / use it?
● Do you have any special memories associated with it?
● Have you ever lent it to someone?
● How would you feel if you lost it?
● What do you like best about it
