CONDITIONS OF SALE

Training and Commissioning

Included in the price is working days Commissioning, Operational & Maintenance familiarisation.
Customer to pay airfares, accommodation, medicals, inductions and car hire costs. Travel subject to COVID-19
travel restrictions.
Please contact us should you require extended operator and maintenance training package.

Payment Terms JACON EQUPMENT

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with acceptance of formal Purchase Order.

70% payment to be paid prior to the machine being despatched from the factory.

Availabi lity:
The factory has advised that current production lead time is approximately 18 - 22 weeks, ex-works
factory, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, from order with deposit.

Exchange Rate Movements:

Jacon Equipment is sourced, manufactured and assembled using both foreign and domestic resources and as such
a component of the cost to produce our equipment is exposed to foreign currency movement. To ensure we are
able to provide the highest quality equipment at the lowest possible price we include a foreign currency
movement variation clause within all of our tender applications and quotations. Each quotation or tender will
identify the value of our equipment that is exposed to foreign currency movement, the currency this exposure is
denominated in and the rate used in compiling the quotation or tender. The variation will be calculated in
instances where the noted exchange rate varies by more than + or – 2% between the time the quotation is issued
and the date of the deposit and final invoices up to the value of the noted value of foreign currency exposed
equipment cost. Foreign currency rates used for this calculation are derived using the Reserve Bank of Australia
close rate published at the below website.

At the time of the quotation, the following details have been considered:

*DELIVERY TIME FLUCTUATION DUE TO COVID-19*

While every effort is made to give accurate delivery times, the quoted delivery times are subject to
governments, shipping companies and local authorities directives surrounding COVID-19. This may impact
labour, transport restrictions and delays in customs clearances. Every effort will be made to keep delivery
advise up to date, however, these directives are changing on a daily basis.

Delivery:
Machine is quoted Ex-works factory, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Please advise if there are any specific requirements
for delivery.

Warranty:
12 months or 2000 operation hours, whichever comes first.

Specifically, not included in this quotation:

• Delivery costs of spare parts from Factory to designated site.
• Transportation of machine.
• Any Machine registration, insurances and stamp duty.
