Woman and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and

weakness . Is it right to exclude males or females from certain profession

beacause of gender .

It is sometimes argued that males and females have different strong points and
weak points, phẩy so it is impossible for both genders to share the same particular
occupation. Personally, I strongly agree with this view.

It is understandable why some people believe that people should be allowed to do

any jobs regardless of gender. men and women shouldn’t divide the job, which
bases on their gender. Nowadays, women could do the works requiring strengths as
well as men . Female polices, for example, could face to risky things tasks (hạn chế
viết things vì nó chung chung mơ hồ) such as arresting criminals, and robbers (A
and B phải có and, robbers mới là tên cướp) robberies. However, I believe that this
view is largely exaggerated. Females are generally considered weaker than men
when they confront these threats, which can be life-threatening because they have
weak physical bodies in comparison with men. Good.

In addition, I am strongly convinced that if men and women are given jobs that
suited are suitable for their ability, the work performance would be more effective.
For instance, men tend to be good at thinking logically, which means that they
could do technical jobs such as engineer, architecture architect, and computer
programmer more productively (A, B, and / or C) , while women have a tendency
to work in certain professions such as babysitter nacy, teacher or nurse because
they are more detail-oriented and patient. Furthermore, they normally select the
jobs in relation to the nature of each gender. Housewife, tailor, and babysitter are
popular examples for the instinctive work of women. good

In conclusion, there are sufficient grounds to support (cẩn thận chỗ này) reject the
view that it is right to separate exclude men and women from to a certain
professions. It is my genuine belief that males and females have different
weaknesses and strengths, which satisfy are suitable for the certain jobs.

In conclusion, there are sufficient grounds to reject the view that it is not right to
exclude men and women from certain professions.
