Opening:
Hello, everyone. Good afternoon. I am Ica, and now I want to present my project on the topic
"cash vs E-money". Before I begin, I would like to ask you a question. "Would you rather
bring cash or use E-Money for purchases?" Okay, the majority of you opted (bring cash/use
E-money). So, of course, each of you has an opinion regarding whether to use cash or e-
money. As a result, I would like to discuss the implications of carrying cash versus using e-
money.

Body:
Okay, there are benefits and drawbacks to utilizing cash and electronic wallets during
transactions for purchases. The availability of e-money, which is highly effective at
facilitating transaction operations, may benefit the majority of people in the modern period.
But as you are aware, both physical money and electronic money have advantages and
disadvantages. In an effort to determine the impact as seen as follows:

The first is the advantage of utilizing e-money to pay:

1. Simpler and quicker: we can avoid standing in line for a long time or bothering to
wait for change, for example.
2. Greater security: Because it is in the form of E-money, the likelihood of theft is
significantly reduced.
3. The transaction is transparent: Since E-money keeps track of the money that is being
spent, there will be no misunderstandings.

Additionally, there is a negative impact on e-money.

1. Internet network: Effective transactions require a strong internet network. Thus, we

are unable to utilize the internet without it.
2. Dependence on mobile devices: E-money has an impact on how we utilize mobile
devices, which results in dependence.
The following is a beneficial impact on cash payments:

1. Small nominal transactions: make it easier for smaller nominal transactions, because
e-money transactions typically have a payment limit.

Furthermore, the following have a detrimental impact on cash payments:

1. Easily damaged: Because money is made of paper, it is more easily torn and
destroyed.
2. A lot of counterfeit money: because there are so many cases of counterfeit money
nowadays, people are quite concerned about it, and many sellers don't believe in fresh
and interesting money because of the prevalence of counterfeit money.

Conclusion:
Finally, the conclusion is that each cash or e-money has a good and negative impact on
transaction processing. Of course, in this day and age, E-money will make it easier for us to
do transactions rapidly. Meanwhile, the use of cash will be more essential if it is in a tiny
nominal quantity. With its numerous implications, we must exercise caution when deciding
whether to utilize cash or e-money to meet our spending demands.

So, based on all of the impact reasons that I provided, it is E-money that makes it easier for
us to make purchase transactions in this period.

That concludes my presentation today. Please accept my apologies for any errors in my work.
