ANNOTATING A TEXT
Skillful readers annotate as they read. When you annotate a text, you mark
the text and write notes or questions in the margins. Annotating will help you
keep track of your ideas and questions.
Just as you read with a purpose, you should annotate with a purpose.
You can use the following symbols to help you organize your annotations:

© Write a ? next to anything that is conf
or unclear information.
