I am using Salesforce to manage my contacts, prospects, and sales of my hospitality


company Dale Hospitality.
a. We can use the CRM platform to generate leads and convert them into
opportunities. Additionally, we can use their platform to organize and manage
contacts that are imported from other networking applications such as WhatsApp,
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram.
2. The standard data that I need to implement the process are contact details such as first
and last names, phone numbers, emails, and the organizations that they work for (not
necessary for all clients). We would use Salesforce’s Gmail Integration to automate our
lead generation capabilities.

4. Through this exercise I was able to become familiarized with the Salesforce platform and
identify its strengths and how it would be useful in the development of my business. It’s
hard to make a conclusion based on my short time and brief experience with the
software, but I believe that it would be a useful asset in any business’s growth.
