    1. Under normal operation, diaphragm valves 1 and 2 are open while valves 3, 4, 5, and 6 remain closed to allow water to flow through the filter. 2. After 11 hours of operation, the filter conducts backwashing for 30 minutes where the controller closes valves 1 and 2 and opens valves 3 and 4 to flush debris from the filter. 3. Following backwashing, the filter then rinses for 30 minutes where the controller closes all valves and opens valves 1 and 6 to rinse the filter before returning to service. 4. The filter returns to normal operation for 23 hours before repeating the daily backwashing and rinsing process.

    Standard Operation Procedure

    1. Under normal operation or service condition diaphragm valve 1 & 2


    are open, while valve 3,4,5 & 6 remain closed.

    2. After 11 hour of operation or service. Filter will conduct


    backwashing for 30 min. Controller will activate valve 1 & 2 closed
    and 3&4 valve open.

    3. After 30min of backwashing, filter will start rinsing process for


    30min controller will active all valve to close and open valve 1&6
    to open.

    4. After 1 hour of backwashing and rinsing filter will be back to


    operation mode to 23hours. Backwashing and Rinsing process will
    repeat daily.
