Should student’s knowledge be assessed with the help of exams and tests?

Does Exam and Test are Fair Way to Test Students Knowledge?
Exams can result in improved recall of learning and deeper understanding than a education
without them. Test that are being created to assess how well students have met the standards
have shown promise as deep learning assessment.
Students pre-existing knowledge and skills can be assessed using variety of approaches. Some
are more indirect, such as self-report, and experiences, while others are more direct, such as
test, concept maps, portfolios and so on.
Grading, learning, and incentive should all be incorporated into your students assessments.
Assessment produces that are well design provide useful data on student learning. They
provide information on what students learnt, how well they learned it, and where they
struggled.
