STEPS FOR CONNECTING CABLE FROM Maximum length of cable from

With #18 gauge, up to 500 feet is ok if
1. Remove fuse from fuseholder (below). another wire is paralleled with G1. cable to TriMetric end:
2. Connect 4 wires as shown (below) at shunt/battery end.
3. Connect 4 wires as shown to the TriMetric terminal block as 1. Find black paired with white:
described (right) on this sketch. 2. Connect black paired with white to G2.
4. Make a final check of the wiring. 3. Connect white to SIG.
5. Install fuse in fuseholder. TriMetric digits should light.

5. Connect black paired with red to G1.
6. Connect red to +.
